Which third-party service providers process my personal data?

All of our third-party service providers are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data. We only permit our third-party service providers to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions. These are:

TRANSFERRING PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE UK

In the course of the provision of our services we may transfer data to countries or international organisations outside of the United Kingdom. This may, for example, be to clients or third parties who provide support services to us.  Where information is transferred, it may be to a country in respect of which there is an adequacy decision from the UK.  We make sure that the personal data that we collect from you will be transferred to, and stored at/processed outside of the UK, under lawful model contracts for the transfer of personal data to third countries (i.e. Standard Contractual Clauses).

DATA SECURITY

We have put in place appropriate organisational and technical measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees’ contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

All of our staff have received Data Protection training annually.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.

RIGHTS OF ACCESS, CORRECTION, ERASURE, AND RESTRICTION

You have the rights under the data protection laws in relation to your personal data including:

  • Request access to your personal  

  • Request correction of the personal data that we hold about you.  

  • Request erasure of your personal data.  

  • Object to processing of your personal data  

  • Request restriction of processing of your personal data.  

  • Request the transfer of your personal data to you or to a third party.  

  • Withdraw consent

Please Note. The subject access request will, in most cases, not require a fee and will be responded to within 1 calendar month. The company will require proof of identification before handing over any personal information.

We take any complaints about our collection and use of personal information very seriously.  

If you think that our collection or use of personal information is unfair, misleading, or inappropriate, or have any other concern about our data processing, please raise this with us in the first instance.
